概述

Introduction

　　PWF/V入窑生料喂料控制系统已成功应用于多条日产5000吨水泥生产线入窑生料的计量与定量给料。荣获2015年度“西矿杯”第九届全国建材机械行业技术革新奖技术开发类二等奖;获中国建材集团公司技术革新二等奖;2016年度“罗滨森杯”第十届全国建材机械行业技术革新奖技术开发类三等奖;合肥市科技进步三等奖;中国建材机械行业名牌产品。

PWF/V Kiln Feed Raw meal Control System uses PWF Spoke Rotor Powdery Metering Device to control metering and constant feeding of kiln feed raw meal for new dry process cement plants with high accuracy metering, compact structure, easy maintenance and long service life. The whole system is the best metering way of kiln feed raw meal for the new dry process cement plants, with low installation height, sensible adjustment, full seal and dual ring control. The system is also used for metering and feeding of powdery material which is discharged from the side of silo, such as slag powder, clinker powder and cement.

系统特点

　　1.采用轮辐式转子，物料自由下落工作方式，转子旋转过程中物料的波动和填充率的变化较小，喂料均匀，不串料。

       1. It adopts spoke rotor, and the material freely falls during system running. During the rotor rotation, the  material fluctuation and filling rate variation are small; the material feeding is uniform and stable.

　　2.直接测量转子内物料重量，计量精度不受料仓内物料属性、气流和物料流动特性的影响，计量准确。

       2. It directly measures material weight inside the rotor, whose metering accuracy is accurate and will not be influenced by material property, airflow and material flow properties.

　　3.采用预给料+预期控制技术，双环控制，喂料连续稳定。
